Membership Eligibility and Other Requirements

Individual U.S. citizens, U.S. companies and other U.S. non-governmental entities operating in the United States and involved in the promotion of U.S. interests on international telecommunications matters or the activities of the International Telecommunication Union are eligible for membership in this Association.

There shall be one class of members.

Each member in good standing shall have one vote in the Association. Any authorized representative of a member may cast its vote.

Each member shall designate a contact person; an alternate may also be designated.
