Terms of Reference
By Executive Memorandum, signed May 29, 2003, President Bush established a Federal Government Spectrum Task Force under direction of Department of Commerce (NTIA). The Task Force is to complete a report to the President with recommendations for policy reforms relative to Federal agencies' spectrum uses. The international aspects of such use are included among the issues to be addressed. The Association committee will prepare comments on these matters and keep Association advised.
